Xbox error 1204

I have been using sky go on the Xbox one for 2 years and I've got an error code 1204. I have the diamond vip package and nothing has been changed on my account.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

A 1204 error usually means that you haven't got the required Sky Go Extra on your account so you will need to call Sky to get it added or to get it back added on,
