Why is Now TV better than Sky Go?

Why is the streaming quality of Now TV better than Sky Go on my laptop and tablets?

 

As for the downloads on Sky Go its dire quality.

For now tv customers, now tv is the primary source of access

 

For sky tv customers, sky go would be a secondary source
