Why does skygo block recasting or hdmi connection to larger screen

Why does skygo block recasting or hdmi connection to larger screen. It is very annoying if I travel and can only watch sky tv on my mobile

@Carweb 

They are blocked for rights and licensing reasons. If you have a laptop then the output on this is not blocked.
