Why can’t we use Netflix on other devices

Hi we have Netflix through sky we had it on 2 other devices like mobile etc. now it's only showing on the 2 tv,s through sky: on the mobile it's gone off when you sign in again it's almost asking you to sign up to pay. It was working on the 2 tv,s a mobile and a laptop. 4 is the limit. Now it's down to 2. Why is this. Thanks.

@brianroo17 Hiya with Netflix it depends on what packages you have with Sky, as to how many screens and what resolution you get Netflix in see below do you have the HD and the UHD subscription packages

Netflix Standard     Sky  Ultimate TV Pack and Sky HD pack (2 Screens)

Netflix Premium      Sky Ultimate TV Pack and Sky HD pack plus Sky UHD Pack  (4 Screens)
