When I try to sign in on my xbox it says something went wrong please try again

When I try to sign in to sky go on my xbox  I tried putting my email and password in then I went onto the app on my phone and accepted the terms and conditions and I tried to sign in again on xbox using email and password and it said something went wrong please try again so I tried using my sky id and password and it still said something went wrong please try again
