Watching TNT Sports on my Sky Go

I have purchased TNT Sports through Sky. I can watch TNT sport on my TV but not on my Sky Go when I'm away from my home. How do I fix this?

Hi @Bruno3  you used to have to pay an additional fee to watch when out and about so this may the reason. 

 

Apparently on reading other threads if you subscribe via sky then you should be able to watch on sky go. Would you like help from the sky messaging team  @Bruno3  ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I have the same issue, Sky Go doesnt allow me to watch TNT when away from home.

To confirm that you are paying Sky and not Bt/EE for access to the TNT channels ?

I am paying via BT and just realised i have to use the Discovery+ website instead.

That is correct, or their app on your mobile device.

I have same issue, I am paying through sky, when I try to watch TNT sports live on sky go on laptop or phone it gives an error code and says about my subscription, error 1310.

Ignoring the TNT channels for a minute are you able to watch other live channels without any issues ?
