Sky go not working on xbos 1s..

Hi,anyone know how to fix sky go on xbox 1s..was working fine.prior to new update..now all sport channels work for an hour or so,then screen goes black,with a small white circle going round and round...tried everything eg:delete app/re install app..and reset my xbox twice...still not helping...I have full sky package,with sky go extra...can any1 help....thanks
