Using sky go as partner account hoder
My partner is the main account holder holder so I have to go through him to access sky go on my device messaging sky help hasn't been much help it annoying and time consuming at the moment on my iPad when I watch to watch certain programs I get this

You do need to setup a pin for Sky Go that you can do here:
https://www.sky.com/productsettings/tv/parental-controls

I agree Davy however, this is not possible to add 2 names to a Sky account. Your partner would need to set up a password on the account. One you know the password Sky will take instructions from you. I cant set up the pin on your or your partners behalf.
Is it a Sky Q box, Sky Stream or Sky glass you have installed in the house? ^Lainy This is the response from Sky
