Hello!
I'm currently trying to log into Sky Go on my Apple TV and keep getting met with the Terms and Conditions page, which encourages me to scan a QR code and accept the terms and conditions. However when I scan, it takes me to the App Store, encourages me to open Sky go and then nothing.
I have made sure the app is updated on both and tried another device. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could try?

I have it on phones, which when I sign out, it doesn't ask me to re-accept and I can watch okay on both devices strangely enough!

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
