Using Sky Go on Apple TV - Terms and Conditions

Hello!

 

I'm currently trying to log into Sky Go on my Apple TV and keep getting met with the Terms and Conditions page, which encourages me to scan a QR code and accept the terms and conditions. However when I scan, it takes me to the App Store, encourages me to open Sky go and then nothing.

 

I have made sure the app is updated on both and tried another device. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could try?

@Tibble.  As your post is iunrelated to Sky Stream it has been moved to the Sky Go section.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Have you got Sky Go installed n any other device that you can accept the terms and conditions on ?

I have it on phones, which when I sign out, it doesn't ask me to re-accept and I can watch okay on both devices strangely enough!

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
