I cannot install the app as I am on a work laptop.

Can I watch just via a browser?

No, unfortunately you can't. Go hasn't functioned within web browsers since these stopped supporting the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in (which, to be fair, a work laptop probably wouldn't have permitted installation of either).
