Unable to update app to iso13

Unable to update sky sports on IPad to iOS 13 I was able to get access to earlier version 48 hours earlier how do you download earlier version of App

You will be unable to get an earlier version of the app via Sky I'm afraid.

IOS 13 is a verion of the software on your iPad so is it this or the Sky Sports app itself that you can not update and what is happening when you try to update the IOS or app ?

iPad unable to update to ios13 and sky sports app states iOS 13 needed for app but earlier version can be downloaded but unable to download earlier versions of app
