Unable to login into SkyGo app..password is correct

I'm trying to login into SkyGo app on android.. have correct password and username.

Have uninstall and reinstalled app, have reset phone.

Removed all devices connected to SkyGo....still nothing.

Driving me craaaaaazzy.

Help pweeeeeease

What does it say when you try to login to the app ?

 

How long have you been a Sky TV customer ?

Have you left Sky in the past and been away for 18 month or more then returned ?

It makes me enter in characters that are blurred.. then says it doesn't recognise username password.

 

Been with Sky for years .. always had same package with SkyGo too

Have you tried the password you have logged into here to see if will accept that one ?

 

Failing that you could try resetting it:

This says the link is broken so still not able to reset or access sky go

The link is working fine for me so it isn't broken so if you can't access it try using a different web browser.
