Hi,
having problems with my Sky Go app. I wanted to watch a film on my phone and an connected to the internet.
i tried to access the film but got the error message:
"Sorry, something went wrong. There is a problem connecting to the Sky Go app. Please try again later"
I've tried it a few times but nothing happened. I logged off, uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I've tried to log in but get the same message as above.
is there a fault with the app at present or is there something that can be done to fix this?
