I have upgraded to Sky Q and am unable to log into Sky on my PS4. I have logged in on my tablet with my Gmail email which I is my email for Sky account. When I try this on the PS4 it says email not known. Any help greatly appreciated.
can you use the Sky Go app on your tablet using the same login details ?

Do you have Sky Go Extra on your account as this is required before being able to use the Sky Go app on a console.
