Unable to download app

Unable to download MySky and Sky Go on my IPhone.  Message says "You don't have permission to access http://skyid.sky.com/AK_PM_VPATH0/856922/288 error on this server

 

Therefore, I cannot access my rewards

Are yoy using a VPN @Spud2024 if so it will need disabling before you can both download and use the apps.
