Error that says "sorry something went wrong to watch this content please upgrade your subscription" appears when attempting to watch any channel on the app including Sky Sports despite me having a subscription and basic channels such as ITV, Channel 4. Has occured randomly after New Years, having worked seamlessly for the last month prior.

Hi fir the past 10 days. Cannot get the multi coloured screen in the TV. No schedule. Before that it said there was no Internet signal yet broadband and the telephone were fine an d the lights were green in the router.
