Unable to access any Apps states not available right now, Internet connection is fine

Can't get onto any Apps on my TV or through my sky app on phone

Yes, and everything else is working all my Apps on Internet TV just not through sky, its also strange I can't open any offers on the sky vip app on my phone either

It's sky but my broadband is fine and working thats not the issue, think its just a connection issue with one box as the others are working fine, thanks anyway
