When I seek to open the SkyGo app I get the follow message
And when I seek to uninstall the app as I thought I would reinstalling it may sort the problem I get the below.
Anyone had a similar issue and know how to fix?

I should have mentioned that this is on PC.

I have exactly the same problem. Has it ever worked? I was installing it back in OCTOBER and it has never worked.

OK try this - use ctrl+alt+delete to go to the Taskmanager and end the task on any instances of Sky Go running. I had it running 4 times in the background!
Then if you have the Sky Go icon on your desktop, right click it and choose Open File Location. This will open a folder and the path there will be something like C>users>[your name]> Roaming>SKY>SKYGO. Go up a+two levels so you are looking at Roaming and highlight then delete the SKY folder.
Then go to the download page and download a fresh Sky Go Installer. Run it and it should go all the way through to sign in.
I checked beforehand and the uninstaller package and proper bits weren't in the registery so I wasn't able to uninstall properly, hence the delete.
