Trying to download stuff from sky go and get error codes1304

I am trying to use sky go to either download some content before I go on holiday or trying to test watch something whilst still at home but all I get when I try to watch I get the error message Sky is currently unavailable please try later error code 1304-IH , or when I try to download to my laptop I get the same message with a different code 1504-IH. I know this is all over other discussions but haven't seen any solutions can anyone help please

I take ot you are a Sky TV customer because to download you need Sky Go Extra on your account so do you have this ?
