TV from Sky Error code 1204

I have the Ultimate TV add on which includes Sky go extra but I am still getting Error code 1204 when I try to watch on XBox One.

 

This package has been active for over 24 hours.

I don't think the Ultimate TV package includes Sky Go Extra by default so you if this isn't on your account then you would need to speak to Sky about getting it added.

In that case it might have not activated on your account, usually it does within 24 hours so you can either give Sky a call or we can alert the messaging team on here for you who will then contact you via here so let us know what you want to do.

I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
