I have been unable to play live tv on Sky Go for a couple of months, the message is that the TV channels are unavailable and I should retry. Nothing has worked so far. I can play recordings from my Sky Q box. I have tried deleting the app and making sure I am connected to the Q box. Please can you help me?

What happens if you disconnect the app from your Sky Q box, you can turn this off via settings on the app.

Hi, I checked everything and then deleted the app again. When I logged back in, the TV schedule was available for a second and then it reverted back to the message saying the channels were not available and to try later.

Are you on a Wifi or mobile data network when this happens or does it happen on both ?

An iPad. About an hour ago the TV schedule came up but when I left the app and retuned, as a test, same problem occurred. It seems that behind the message, it is trying to upload.
