Stuck on downloading updates

Running Windows 11. 

Until approximatley 1 month ago I had the above problem but worked around it by opening SkyGo while disconnected. This brought up the app and then the menu. I reconnected and hey presto.

The problem is now that the app doesn't open with the menu when disconnected, rather it gives a solid blue screen and an error message saying I need to connect, there's also an icon to click. If I reconnect and click it does no use. Just stuck with the blue screen.

Any suggestions? Cheers

Have you tried uninstalling the app then installing it again from the Sky website as this should then install the latest version.

Hi. Yep, tried that. No joy.

I don't think it's the version that's the issue.
