Up until last week I could download NFL highlights to my Windows 11 laptop running Sky Go and the picture and sound were perfectly fine.
This week the picture is appalling, and the framerate sometimes resembles a slideshow it's so bad. My laptop is pretty new, with an SSD and plenty of RAM but something has changed and the downloads are now unwatchable without giving me either a headache or nausea!
Anyone else experience this, and any thoughts on a resolution?
