Sports not working on sky go

I can't access the sports channels on sky go, it's saying there's an error and that I need to upgrade my subscription? It's working on my TV as I am already subscribed. I did also notice on the 'my sky' app that it says I have no sky box? What does that mean? I have a sky Q with standard package plus sky sports. I can watch all other channels on sky go, but not the sports? I have uninstalled and reinstalled both apps but still not working. Any ideas?
