Sly Go app doesnt load on MacOS

I have tried all of the suggestions I can find on this, including the full deletion and reinstallstion following the previous closed thread dates 14/08  but still get the error message

Connecting your application - We're having problems connecting you. Please try again (001).

I am unable to reinstall too. Once thinstaller completed it disappears and doesnt give me the option to drag in to the Applications folder
