Sky Go app is opening on my iPad but when I choose a programme if only buffers and dose not open , I have Sky glass now and did not have this problem with Sky Q in the past

Have you tried rebooting your IPad and your broadband hub ?

Have tried all these moves but understand from Sky rep thatnthere are problems with Sky Go at present and they arr trying to resolve at present

There are no such issues otherwise this forum would be full of similar complaints and your post is the only one on here today about this. On your iPad are you using a VPN or the private relay function if so disable them.

I have same issue logging into Sky Go on my iPad & iPhone.

It buffers & will not open, I then have to exit the app.

I deleted the app on iPad & iPhone & reinstalled, it's still not working.

It has been going on for 3 weeks or more. 

I rang Sky this morning & they said that there are issues with Sky Go that they are trying to resolve.

I told them that if it's not resolved within a week that I will close my account with them.

Very frustrating.

I've tried everything but still cannot get Sky Go to open , not getting value for money with what I'm paying per month

I'm having this issue with my tablet and phone. Sky go will connect over data on my phone and if I hotspot to my tablet it will work (but not great) but it will not work at all when I'm connected to my sky broadband.
