Skygo

When I was on sky+ I could watch skygo on my virgin tablet. Now I am on skyq is is saying it is not compatible?

Compatibility

When I try and download the sky go app. Its saying my virgin tele tablet isn't compatible.

Changing to Sky Q shouldn't prevent Sky Go from working so what tablet do you actually have as I have never heard of a Virgin one ?

It's  14 inch virgin tele tablet. It worked on sky+.

What version of Andriod is it running so is it up to date ?
