Skygo

How do I remove a device permently from sky go? Every time I remove the devocd they log back in the next day?

First change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/


Then go to this link:

https://skyid.sky.com/authorise/manage


If you tick "Sky Apps" and then the remove button, then anyone using SkyGo or SkyNews or SkySports apps etc. using your credentials will have the previous auth token removed and will be forced to sign in again (using the new password only you know). This will mean people you want to use your ID will need to do the same, but will force whoever is using your previous details off. This might not happen straight away but should do soon enough.

I don't think this link will become active again as i can see this issue has persisted for quite some time. Surely there's a way or force logging everyone off so that they have to sign back in which they won't be able to - because of changed p/w?
