Skygo

Hi all, i am havibg an error message each time i try to use Skygo. i am using the correct password and username but still i can't use the app. i tried deleting it and restarting it as well but nothing worked. Please help, thanks

A few questions:

 

Are you new to Sky, an existing customer or have you returned to Sky after being away for 12 months or more ?

 

And what is the error message ?

I have been with Sky for years and the error says, something went wrong due to a technical fault and you can't watch this channel at the moment, try again later, 

 

This is not accurate as i tried watching something before then i logfed off, when i came back i couldn't log back in
