Skygo on Acer Aspire Laptop - unusable - new win 11 install

Essentially a new acer aspire laptop, new win 11 install.

No 3rd party antivirus installed.

Skygo doesn't always get from the initial blue screen post checking for updates.

Whe its does, if you launch any video it usually hangs on a black screen waiting for an advert..  not useable.

I have an android mobile device and a media desktop pc on the same network that manage to run skygo just fine.
