Skygo glass beta device management problems

Trying to open Skygo sports on iPhone with Skygo open on iPad, I j keep being told I have reached device limit, which is not true

i I have opened manage devices on a mac and it only showed 5 devices including 2 old ones which I removed

but it still won't work

is it because I am in beta version?

have never had this problem before

@Todd70013  Possibly you will need to contact the beta team as directed within the beta app, select the send feed back option in the settings menu.

They will be best placed to answer any issues with the beta version.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
