Hi there. Just got my new sky stream delivered yesterday, with an extra whole home box, so 2 boxes in total in the house.
I've downloaded Skygo to my Apple TV 4K, latest newest model, to 2 of them actually. I input my login details, username and password, and it then brings up a page with a qr code, saying my email address hasn't been verified. I scan the qr code and it takes me to the skygo help page, which doesn't help at all.
Do I definitely get skygo to use on an Apple TV box with sky stream?

i have however fixed it by changing my email address in my sky account online and that has fixed the issue. Thanks.

You should do so to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
