SkyQ recordings not showing on Sky Go app.
Having a similar problem as can not access SkyQ recordings with Sky Go app on iPhone or iPad - suddenly stopped working. All settings and networks OK, removed and reset app but still no success. Recordings icon is now not showing on Sky Go app. after reloading. All recordings still showing as normal on SkyQ box. Anyone else with similar issues?

Re: SkyQ recordings not showing on Sky Go app.
Problem solved. Had a visit today from Sky engineers to investigate some SkyQ connectivity problems and spoke to them about this issue regarding loss of recordings on Sky Go app. They were unaware of the problem and discovered that they had a similar issue when connecting their app to my SkyQ box. After trying the obvious solutions and trial and error they were able to retrieve the recordings and recordings button on the Sky Go app. This was discovered by closing down the app by swiping up and restarting the app. When using the app on my iPad 12 Pro my practice has been to close down with the home buttom but when I tried closing down by swiping up, the recordings and button were retrieved. I was delighted that the visiting Sky engineers were able to resolve an issue that my previous lenghty telephone contact with Sky customer support, that involved three different departments and individuals, were unable to resolve. Well done Sky engineers.

Having Multiscreen or Sky Go Extra has been a requirement to access Recordings in the Go app (and previously the Q app) since the Q platform was launched in early 2016.
