I was told I had SkyGoExtra but can only seem to download SkyGo.
Complete newby and not very IT.
Do I only find out I have SGE if I try and add more than 2 devices?
Can I watch BBC iPlayer if I have SGE?
Confused, lol

'Extra' is additional licencing applied to the Sky Go app: there isn't a different bit of software.
iPlayer is the BBC app: it's entirely separate to Sky Go. Having Go certainly doesn't remove the requirement to have a TV Licence to use iPlayer.
In a household with a Sky+ or Sky Q box, Go will contain BBC channels when the device running Go is on the same network (typically in WiFi range of the internet router). When Go is used away from home the BBC channels won't be there, and iPlayer has to be used instead.

https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/
If it isn't there then give Sky a call who will get it added for you.
