I recently switched to Sky mobile and I haven't been able to sign into SkyGo even once. I first tried to on my PS5 but it said there were issues and that I have to sign in on mobile first. Then when I try to sign in on mobile, it tells me that 'something went wrong' and that there's a 'technical issue' or problems with my 'network connection' every time without fail. I know my details are correct and I know that my network connection is fine - it just will not let me in. 

I've seen a few posts on here but I don't think anyone has found a fix. Is anyone else experiencing this or been able to fix it? I just cannot get in 😕

No I don't but I bought a film on Sky Store and they said I can only watch it there 😕

@BleeM  You should be able to use the Sky Store app not Sky Go

That's the only way I can get in on PS5 though. And it's besides the point - I should be able to get into an app lol.

Don't have Sky TV? If you've got Sky Mobile but you don't have Sky TV, you can watch content from Sky apps that don't require a subscription (like Sky News), without using your data.

But that's so silly. How do I watch on PS5 without access to an app that's withholding the content I've paid for 😕 

do I just cross my fingers they put out a new PS5 app I'm actually allowed to sign into

Other than your PS5 what other devices do you have ?

Besides iOS devices, I have nothing I can stream to TV on so I'm just kinda stuck

I don't suppose your TV is a LG is it as the Sky Store app is available of it if it is otherwise for this film you purchased you are limited to the Sky Store app on your device.

Yeah that's what I assumed. That's a shame. Hopefully they put out a PS5 app soon.
