Windows 10 laptop,  Re=installed severaH times. Hope that helps

Same issue on a Mac Book Pro (M3, 18Gb, OS Sonoma 14.5)

Delete app, Run installer, App "starts" on task bar, but no window comes up. Doesn't even show "Sky Go" in the title / menu bar.  Force quit shows the app is running... and yet nothing.

I found a fix for my mac - move the app and disconnect my docking station
