SkyGo not installing on Mac

Hello.
I have just bought a new iMac OS15.5 and downloaded SkyGo.
I have attempted many times to install the app but when the loading window gets to the end of the install, it disappears from the screen and nothing has been installed without an error window or any indication of anything being installed.
Please advise.

I guess I need to install Rosetta 2.

Just a shame Sky hasn't mentioned this.

did you get it working? i tried manually install rosetta and still wont work. fed up as paying a subscription [Removed]

still no joy with all this.
It's very annoying as I would like some assitance for sorting my problem as I am paying for something I can't obtain due to Sky not configuring their connections correctly.

Finally working after using this very simple instruction. Why can't Sky issue this? It ain't difficult to share!!!
