Your device needs to be authorised. Please ensure it’s connected to the internet and try again

My Apple TV box was fine with sky go then all of a sudden I started getting "Your device needs to be authorised. Please ensure it’s connected to the internet and try again" the internet is connected via an ethanet cable and all other apps on the box are fine, I'm losing my mind my I've check at my mothers that the sky is working ok and it's fine please help me

Are you using a VPN on your network because if so it will need disabling before using Sky Go.

my internet conection keeps dropping out, problem is ongoing i thinik??

Box keeps. Losing network, been rebooted lots of times and switched every thing off,  re inserted password, works initially until the next day, then no network again.. Sky been informed several times but no action..
