My wife has a Google Chromebook and is unable to access our Recordings on Skygo app but is able to watch live TV on it? Can anyone provide a solution on how to fix? Thanks

Thanks for responding. We have a main box and a mini box, how do I check this on the Chromebook?

if at home and the chromebook is accessing your home network that your Q boxes are connected to, seeing as you have a mini box you have multiscreen subscription so there should be a tab at the bottom of the app that says recordings you need to click on this
If you are away from home then unfortunately you cannot access the recordings on your box

Yes we've clicked on this and it just gives us a message saying you need to connect to your skyq box which we already have done. Think it's a case that a Chromebook is compatible like an iPad or phone!

I have same problem, could see recordings but now I can't. When click on recordings it says cant connect to sky q box. Have uninstalled app and reinstalled it now recordings has gone. But I can click a program to record and it shows on my sky q box. I am at home on same wifi.

Hi, I did speak to sky in the end and they said that a Chromebook isn't compatible anymore with Skygo for watching recordings. No problem though with iPad or android equivalent!

Ok thanks for the reply. Have android phone can see them on there. So guess that means can't download them to chromebook if going away so that can watch them.
