SkyGo Mac Issues

Hi,

 

I have a new Macbook and have previously watched SkyGo on this device and my old Macbook Air.

 

For some reason, everytime I try to open SkyGo now it comes up with a message saying 'We are having problems connecting you. Please try again (001)'.

 

My device is connected to the Internet and I have tried numerous times to delete everything related to SkyGo on my Macbook and reinstall it but it's still not working. I've also turned off my VPN and it still hasn't worked when that has no longer been on either.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
