SkyGo Device not authorised on iPad

I am currently not able to watch SkyGo on my iPad. The app downloads, I can sign in, I can see all the programmes and content but when I go to view them I get a message to say that my device isn't authorised.

 

I logged into my account and the device is in the device list with no way to authorise it?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
