SkyGO error on ps5

Hi, 

 

I was logged out of SkyGO on the Ps5 and now when I try to log in I get a Something went wrong" error.

 

The username and password is definitely correct as I am able to log in on my phone. 

 

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

@RobHenderson2  Do you have sky go extra or multi screen/whole home on your account? As this is pre requisite for console devices

It might be worth try chjanging it to one that doesn't use symbols, I'm not saying it will fix it but it is worth a try:
