Sky vip platinum but cannot log in to Xbox series x

It states that if I am a sky vip gold customer then I should be able to watch sky go on my Xbox series x/s at no extra cost. I am a platinum customer but still get told I need a multi screen subscription etc. any ideas how to fix this?

To use the app on a console you need one of the following on your account:

Sky Go Extra

Multiscreen if you are a Sky+ or Sky Q customer

Whole Home sub if you are a Sky Glass or Stream customer

So which one do you have and are you a Sky Q or Sky Glass customer ?

Yes I understand that, it also says in the requirements that if I have sky vip gold then it comes at no extra cost

Where are you seeing that, as that used to be the case as you got Sky Go Extra for free if you had the Gold level or above on your account but this offer was withdrawn a few months ago.
