Sky kids not working on sky go

I've upgraded my sky package to include sky kids. Sky kids is working on my tv but not on the sky go app. I've tried restarting the app and restarting my device but nothing makes a difference. The problem occurs on all my devices so must be a problem with the app recognising my subscription has changed??? How do I resolve this!?

When you say it isn't working is it asking you to upgrade, if so and it has been more than 24 hours since you added the kids package to your account then you will have to contact Sky about this.

Thank you. It says something went wrong and continues to tell me to upgrade my subscription. It hasn't been 24 hours yet but I just checked and it's still not working- it upgraded instantly on the actual television

In that case you will have to either cal or use the social media links at the bottom of the page to contact Sky about this.
