Sky go

My sky go doesn't work, hasn't done for nearly 4 months, I have called 5 times and emailed 3 times, they have done nothing about the technical issue sky go has and just tells me to try later, I have tried everything they have repeatedly said, the strangest request was to change my sky go password, what bearing that has no idea, there email says will get back to within 3 working days that is 6 days, I feel as this is free service they don't care, I wonder if I told them that I'm  not going to pay the bill until this is resolved, what would happen ?

That isn't as strange as it seems as there have been instances in the past where a password with a symbol has caused issues.

 

This technical error gets reported on here regularly and I don't think anyone has got to the bottom of what causes it.
