Sky go

I have an iMac running OS Ventura. I can't install Sky Go, it gets almost to the last point and then says 'We are having problems connecting you error 001'  . On one email thread there was something about an update for beta or something but that installation came up with the same error.

I don't know iMacs at all so this might be nonsense but are you running any sort of firewall, if so have you checked that you have let the app through it ?

@caesarome thank you for the suggestion, I have checked and the firewall is turned off. So not that.
