Sky go not showing recording tab

My sky go app on iPad is no longer showing the recording tab, prior to this the tab was there ( I'm assuming there was an app update ) when I first used the iPad I could watch recordings from my Sky Q box , then the tab was there but couldn't connect to Sky Q box and now there is no recording tab. 
I have turned box off , reset internet , turned box on. I have deleted and reinstalled app. I have toggled connect to Sky Q box and the Tv settings also ticked for Sky go ...... any other ideas ? Thanks in advance.

Have you made any changes to your TV package recently like cancelling your multiscreen subscription ?

I did change it in February and it has worked since but maybe that's my next avenue to explore. Thanks

I've been told repeatedly I should have this tab and I never have.

Have been on the phone to Sky  for over 1.5 hours and still not solved. Had to leave the call in the end as had to be somewhere. 
I do have the correct subscription so at least I know it isn't that.

Multi screen apparently.

My Sky Q box has a tick in the settings for Sky go but it was advised I checked I had the correct subscription/ package .

Ah right. So it remains the case that if you don't have multi screen then you don't have the Recordings tab and the app is essentially useless in that respect.

It is useless if you only want to watch your recording otherwise you can still use it to watch live tv and on demand content.

Zero interest in watching on a device other than very rarely. Main interest is in being above to see scheduled recordings as you used to be able to do with the Sky Plus app. Never seemed too much to ask from my perspective but all these years down the line and you still need multoroom to do something so basic. It's pathetic really.
