Sky go

Recently purchased Sky and was told  I could watch Sky services on the Sky Go app through an Xbox.

My Sky go app has just stopped working on my XBox after one day of use. Was working fine yesterday, I tried to log onto it today to be asked to enter my details and when I did. It tells me I can not use Sky go on this device 'you require Sky multi screen, whole home or Sky go extra. 
Can anyone help please

You need to phone Sky to get it sorted
