Sky go

My sky go app on iPad 4 air now won't download my next episode code 4090 keeps popping up after it's glitched. Already updated the app tonight before I managed to watch the end of an episode I had to finish. Still won't download. Everything says it's fine on the checker. Can you rectify this asap. It's not the first time of many errors & poor connection and I'm still paying for this service that isn't great like before.

Check your iPads wifi settings, IIRC there is a setting that protects your IP address that could be causing an issue with the connection to the server
