What TV service di you have from Sky, so Sky Q, Glass or Stream ?

What device are you using Sky Go on ?

Have had sky for years but recently moved house and moved to virgin media for a few weeks and then went back to sky

Before cancelling did you have Sky Q, the reason I ask is did you return as a new customer (if so you would need to set up a new ID to use) or did you continue with your account from before.
